PRICING & Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing is negotiated per customer but is based on industry standard ticket models and amounts. There’s no setup, monthly or annual fee, charges are usually per booking(ticket) which means you only spend when you have income.

If you've been looking at simple event or festival ticketing solutions our prices will be very similar, with a percentage fee per 'ticket' where you charge a fee.  For example it's common to take 1-10% of the ticket price or booking fees. 

Don't forget to factor in fees from your payment processor, be that Paypal or card payments and an annual amount for your SSL Certificate if you don't want to use our generic *.mfestreg.com domain name.

We have been known to barter, taking sponsorship opportunities, or tickets for ourselves in part exchange if you're a charitable cause or non-profit organisation. 

No, if you don't charge a fee we won't charge you. However if most or all of your bookings are zero cost to your customer then we will have to negotiate a fixed fee which will still be based on the number of bookings you take. We'll take a common sense approach that benefits us both, but we do need to cover our own costs.

No we don’t charge for the initial setup and training but do offer fee based services if you want us to do additional setup work that’s doable yourself, such as configuring multiple events on an ongoing basis, or additional significant training beyond the initial onboarding.

Yes, this is the preferred way we operate. All booking fees, Paypal or card will go direct to your own payment provider, less their processing fee of course. If you don't have a Paypal or card payment facility we can discuss other payment options.

Yes we can help you get started with your event by bringing many years experience to the table on event  participation, setup and management. These are at no cost on an ad hoc basis but chargeable when significant work is involved.

Yes we can provide the full suite of online services from logo design to web sites, social media setup, email and messaging services. This web site is one example, as well as this automotive club.

That’s not something we usually do but are happy to have a discussion to see how we or somebody we know can help. We do sometimes volunteer at events where that may help you and is a fun day out for us!
