• Bookings - Post War Rule is now the 'Weekend Single Day Rule' and has configurable date, e.g. it could be 1959 instead. New improved bookings summary page.
• Zones - Bulk update of vehicle year. Restrict Club pitches to Display only (beta). Pin pinned Zones to top of directory listing.
• Events - Running day column in Directory wide view. Improved notification that parent records are in use within a child booking.
• Vehicles - Now able to create an Invite from a Vehicle record view. Improve wide listing in directory.
• Users - Now able to create an Invite from a User Login Account view page.

1. What's On Page - A change from a static system generated page to an optional template driven Admin generated content page. The system page is used unless overridden by a Template. New type of Template created to facilitate this, the 'Whats On' Template.  Some 1,2,3 and 4 column started Templates are included in the Template Directory.
2. Help Beta - Defaults to docs.motoringfestivalsystems.com for customer and admin. Customer link can be overridden in Settings.

Functional Updates

1. Bookings - Duplicate booking logic is now configurable to allow inclusion of the event as an option, rather than the default, as well as the vehicle registration mark in the duplicate test. This will catch instances of a customer booking in the same car for two events on the same day for example.
2. New option to only offer parking locations(Zones) who's type matches the Parent event type the customer is booking against. This reduces the number of parking options presented at the time of booking and likelihood of vehicles ending up in the wrong area(zone). 
3. Invites - Add phone number field to an Invite, and to the list of invites.
4. Zones - Duplicate Zone addition to the Actions menu for a Zone. This will take you to an intermediary page that allows you to change the Name, Abbreviation and a few settings of the duplicate to match your new Zone requirements.

1. Bookings - Bookings can now have a 'group' tag attached to them and this is displayed in listings. For example you could create group names like Austin Cavalcade, or Concours. This can be set by an Admin at the time of creating a booking, edited after and set in batches of bookings. It can also be used in searches.  Listings will show the group name below the vehicle make and model, as shown in B in the image, in much the same way as drivers names are displayed when booking are made under organisation names, shown as A in the  image.

1. Vehicles - Don't lowercase and capitalise three letter vehicle Make names. Stop BMW ending up Bmw or AJS to Ajs. Fix vehicle count label in a Users view. Test for a >2 character registration mark and flag single char marks in reports.

1. Invites - Add search by date range including or excluding revoked invites. Additional batch processing option to change the Invite expiry date. These changes allow you to list recent invites only, reset the expiry date then email the invitee to remind them.
2. 3.5.1 Invites - Move Invites into their own top level tab. Remove from other tabs sub menus. Remove various sub menus that are out of context as causes confusion. Tidy Settings options and tabs.
3. General - Add 'Change Password' menu option on Dashboard. Makes it easy for customers to find their password reset page.

1. Bookings - Allow customer to change the Team a Registration/Booking is in.
2. Zones - Allow customer to delete persons, vehicles and zones within a team
3. Vehicles - Show number of bookings for each vehicle listed in Directory, search and My Vehicles. Useful to discover vehicles that have been setup in the system but never booked in. Add feature to email vehicle 'owners'.

2. Admin Dashboard - The 'Total Bookings by Event Type' line chart is now switchable, in Settings, between just counting Confirmed and Expected bookings to counting all registrations and bookings
3. Reports - Add Invite and Special Vehicle Category icons to key in report footer
4. Booking Wizard - Don't show 'Team' label an field if no Team selected in the booking form
5. Live Bookings Screen - Add strip showing Registrations/Bookings by Status count and total above listing.

Functional Updates

1. Dashboard - A new tab, before the Bookings tab, that is the new default landing page for customers. It shows your Parent Events photos, Description, and Short Description texts along with event ticket price and a button for the customer to click through to the registration wizard.
   
   You can configure the ‘Bookings’ tab as the default in System Settings instead of Dashboard if you would rather your customers land on the page they usually see.
   
   This is a less confusing and more informative way for customers to move into the booking process. This also sets the groundwork for a new ‘content’ feature which will allow you to create and publish articles for the Dashboard area.
   
   
2. Events and Zones- Edit screens are now grouped using horizontal tabs rather than one continuous page. This will make it easier to navigate each section of the edit screen. 
3. Settings - The Bookings Tab informational notice Booking Wizard instructional and additional ticketing notices are now editable. They will have the old default text unless you change it. 
4. Manuals - New online Administrator and Entrant manuals now in progress...

Support for Functional Updates

1. Events - Now have two additional fields to support the new Dashboard.
   1. Short Description - This is now the source of text under Booking buttons instead of the ‘Description’ text (in Parent events). For any Event description text in the Registration Wizard use child ‘Descriptions'.  
   2. Photo upload - This is displayed above the original [long] ‘Description’ field. Photo's maybe cropped to fit the space  
2. Settings screen - Some options added for the above and to reduce clutter and move end user questions to a new UI tab. This paves the way to make these questions configurable.
